fail
Shannon and I tried to drive out to northern California for our Grandma Wood's memorial service this weekend. We ended up having car trouble so we had to get towed back to Sandy where Jared picked us up, so that didn't happen. We were pretty bummed. We made it as far as the Bonneville Salt Flats, though, so we took a few pictures.

I certainly AM pretty bummed about missing it :(
But I guess we might've avoided something more serious...
And I guess it was fun running through the wind and salty mud and playing "what am I thinking of?" while we waited for the tow.
My word is "perses," which rhymes with "curses," which is fitting.
Bummer about not making it to California. But, the pictures are fun!
