Thunder
Today there were a few thunderstorms. While Rylie took a nap, Nathan and I made hot chocolate on the stove and watched videos of lightning on youtube. Lame, I know... but we couldn't see anything outside - we just heard lots of thunder. Anyway, Nathan got a serious chocolate mustache. Enjoy. (I know the second one is pretty blurry, but it was worth it. Trust me.)

Wow, Nathan is growing up so quickly! Sounds like a fun time. I always loved watching thunderstorms when I was a kid.
lol! And in that first one he looks like he's about 10 years old (not because of the moustache - that makes him look 23). In the second one you can sure tell who's kid he is.

mom- I totally didn't see it before! (re: the second one) that's so funny. I just thought it was a weird expression.
I loved his expression in the second picture, totally worth it. And Hadley and I sat outside watching/enjoying the storms and thunder too. But we didn't make hot chocolate, that would've topped it off.
I know, it's universal - most kids love to watch/listen to lightning and thunder. It's awesome!
he does look a bit older in the first one. the second one seriously made me laugh out loud (i refuse to write lol...except for in my explanation of my refusal...hmm). he looks like a crazy maitre d' or something.
