The Key
So here's a drawing Nathan did for Kelly's birthday last Monday. Unfortunately she's not going to get it until sometime next week... but in advance, I've made this key to interpret what he drew... although you can honestly interpret any way you like. If you click on the picture for the close-up, you'll see the random scattering of words Nathan insisted I help him write.

Katie - he wanted to draw, I suggested the beach scene and to send it for Kelly's birthday. Then, after helping him write his name (helping meaning I held his hand and together we made the letters) he wanted me to write a few more words. He pointed where he wanted them, too.
that's funny. i like it. kelly and i were looking at it yesterday, and we thought, "there's no way nathan's handwriting is that good...or that megan's is that bad. it must have been a joint effort."
my word is spain...i can't remember when my word was a real word.
