so i really love that coin laundry song now... and i'm wondering, is she a ghost? or is her invisibility a metaphor for how she feels around the guy? but then why does she have the weird collection in the washer? i can understand if she just FEELS invisible why it would show her crawling all over the washers and hiding inside/behind the doors and lying in the water-- because she uses the washing as a reason to go and see him? but why the two different versions of the laundromat (the one with him in it and the one with the birdcages/button strings/etc) because I would think that would make more sense if she was a ghost because she'd make herself at home there or something. And obviously the lyrics of the song indicate she's alive and just really wants him to talk to her. Wow I'm looking into this way too deeply.

so.....the dancing (like at :49, :56, and 2:18 especially) in the sick music one....it looks like something you would do...which kinda makes me love it.
OR maybe she's a washing machine! There've been songs about machines falling in love with people before. And maybe her collections are like her taking his buttons and whatnot while he's washing his clothes in her or something.
Okay seriously.
haha I don't know Shannon... I say it could be either way, and maybe it's meant to be that way. But I haven't listened to it in a few days.
